Christina
As a sufferer of multiple digestive disorders, colon hydrotherapy was introduced to Christina almost a decade ago. Organically the treatment became a staple in her life, acting as a stepping stone from patient to practitioner. She received her certification for colon hydrotherapy at the Canadian Centre for Natural Health & Healing and she is also a Certified Yoga Teacher.
Christina finds joy and contentment in specializing in her 3 passions: digestive health, nutrition and Yoga. She believes they all play an integral role in physical, mental, spiritual and emotional health.
Using colon hydrotherapy regularly is just as important of an exercise as getting your 20-30min cardio per day. Christina believes on educating her guest on how to feed their bodies and the importance of using their breath to induce intestinal wellness.
Amanda
Amanda’s 7 year passion as a massage therapist started after receiving therapeutic bodywork to help her recover from a head on collision. She wanted to help others relieve pain and improve their lives in the same way she experienced. Amanda is now a nationally certified therapist and reflexologist with a particular focus on working with those who have chronic pain, using modalities such as trigger point therapy and myofascial therapy. She approaches every treatment with an open mind and open heart, listening to her client’s needs to give them what they want and need to achieve a therapetuic awakening.
