"I have to say this place is gorgeous and tranquil! I had the most amazing Ruby facial with Paul, hands down. He is attentive, professional, highly knowledgeable and cares about your needs and concerns. The massage, during the facial, was absolutely relaxing and I felt on "cloud nine" after I left. I do have to say when it comes to our skin we want someone to address the issues and help assist us with a skincare regimen and Paul did this perfectly and flawlessly. He guided me, in detail, to what products would work best with my skin, after my facial. He is an absolute doll and I highly recommend anyone to book an appointment with this guy! You will not be disappointed and will leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated (isn't this what we all want when we leave a spa?)!

Recommend Gladys for massage, especially if you are prenatal. She is gentle and really understands what a pregnant body needs and seems to genuinely care for her clients.
Recommend Randee for cut and style. Consultation was right on target and the cut is exactly what I am looking for. Her rate is quite reasonable too for a master stylist.

"A full service spa that is actually interested in your well-being! So far the services I've had are cut, style and eyebrow waxing. And they were all outstanding! I've had a couple of different stylists there, and they were all wonderful. It's a bummer to get used to working with someone and find out they've left, but it's also really great to walk back in and find out that the new stylist has all of the notes on your cut and preferences! The price is reasonable and completely worth it. Perhaps in line with some of the prices at Mario Tricoci, but the atmosphere, quality of services and overall customer service experience are far superior! Tips must be in cash, so plan accordingly. Okay, yes, they do want you to buy products there. But so far the Bumble & Bumble products I've bought are fantastic, recommended for good reason, and Ruby Room sells them for retail cheaper than you can find them online or at other stores. "Ruby Room is a little different but I really loved it. I went there with my mom on her birthday last year and we got massages and a couple other things done. The relaxing music is great and their energy healing and zen atmosphere are really interesting and relaxing. Everyone is so friendly and they have an awesome tea too which I drank a lot of. The massages were great but the coolest thing was that my mom had her angel cards read- the reader knew the strangest things like the ages of our cat and dog and other things in her life they shouldn't have known.
